Do I need to purchase a license for every user?
No, our software is licensed per seat, meaning that you need to purchase a license for each computer where you plan to install the software.
How come all users have restrictions? I want to protect just one user.
Advanced restrictions are system-wide, and will be active for all users.
How do I uninstall MSD?
Before uninstalling you need to make sure MSD is not running. Open the MSD Control Panel and press the red button. Then close the MSD Control Panel and uninstall.
If I hide the Autorun folder, will shortcuts still be executed automatically?
Yes, they will.
Is it possible to install only the agent?
Not yet.
May I remove or modify some of the included shortcuts?
Of course. You are free to remove or edit shortcuts, and add new ones.
What is the agent?
The MSD Agent is the application that activates restrictions, and allows users to access resources, depending on the configuration.
